Pulse PCN Events are a series of focused discussion forums designed specifically for PCN Clinical Directors, PCN Managers and senior PCN leaders, created by the team behind Pulse and Pulse PCN.
As the NHS 10-year plan accelerates the move towards neighbourhood health services, PCNs are uniquely placed to lead delivery - working across practice boundaries, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and shaping care for defined patient populations.
Our events bring PCN leaders together in person and online to explore what this next phase means in practice, from maximising ARRS roles and pharmacy collaboration to workforce development, service delivery and sustainable leadership at neighbourhood level.

Why Attend?
A trusted programme of free events for PCN Clinical Directors and Managers, bringing leaders together to shape neighbourhood health – over 91% would recommend our events to a colleague.
- Lead neighbourhood health with confidence - Understand how PCNs are shaping neighbourhood services and what the government’s 10-year plan means for delivery on the ground.
- Make ARRS and multidisciplinary working work harder - Learn how embedded ARRS roles - including pharmacists - are supporting proactive care, medicines expertise and new employment routes for GPs.
- Grounded in real PCN delivery - Gain practical insight rooted in general practice lists, population health and the realities of working across neighbourhoods.
- Stay ahead of system change - Hear from peers and experts, share experiences, and leave better prepared to lead PCN delivery in 2026 and beyond.
