Session Title
A shared headache: Mitigating the impact of medicines shortages via a partnership approach
Description
In February, a report from the House of Lords Public Services Committee described medicines supply shortages as ‘a national security issue’. In this session, we delve into what is causing ongoing shortages and why joint strategies between community pharmacy and general practice are critical to mitigating the impact on patients. How can we work together to improve communication, information sharing and protocols?
