Dina Karam is a highly experienced Practice Business Manager with over 22 years of leadership experience in primary care. For the past three and a half years, she has worked as a Locum Practice Manager across the north west of England, supporting GP practices through periods of change, growth, and operational transformation.

In 2023, Dina led a Primary Care Network (PCN) in Manchester, overseeing strategic development, workforce planning, and service delivery across multiple practices. She currently serves as Locum Practice Manager at Wilmslow Health Centre in Manchester. Dina is also a Clinical Psychologist, having graduated from the University of Liverpool. She is passionate about strengthening primary care services, developing high-performing teams, and sharing practical leadership insights gained from extensive frontline experience.
