The SEC (Scottish Event Campus) is conveniently situated for motorists, just off the M8 motorway and with plenty of parking. The venue has its own dedicated railway station – Exhibition Centre
To drive to the SEC (Scottish Event Campus) in Glasgow, follow these directions:
Take the M8 motorway and exit at junction 19. Join the westbound Clydeside Expressway (A814). On the Expressway, take the cut-off for the campus. Turn left at the traffic lights and use the right lane to access the multi-storey parking.
The postcode for your satnav is G3 8YW. The main car park is the multi-storey at Stobcross Road, G3 8GS, operated by Glasgow City Council.
Please note that from June 1, 2023, Glasgow's City Centre Low Emission Zone (LEZ) came into force. If you're driving through the city centre to reach the SEC, you may be subject to a charge. It's advisable to check your route and vehicle compliance before traveling.
The multi-storey car park has a height restriction of 2m. If your vehicle is over 2m tall, you should report to the Gatehouse west of the campus (accessed via Stobcross Road) for alternative parking options.
Parking tariffs for the multi-storey (Monday to Sunday) are: 0-1 hour: £6 1-12 hours: £12 12-24 hours: £24
Remember that residential parking is not accommodated at the SEC
