Pulse PCN Liverpool 2026

Pulse PCN Liverpool brings PCN leaders from Liverpool and the wider North West together for a one-day event focused on the realities of Primary Care Network work.

The event is for those leading and supporting PCNs, including Clinical Directors, PCN Managers, Digital and Transformation Leads, and senior colleagues in primary and community care, with practical discussion around the pressures PCNs are facing locally.

You’ll hear from speakers with hands-on experience, connect with peers from neighbouring networks, and explore ideas that can be applied in practice, with space to step back from routine pressures and focus on what your PCN needs in the months ahead.

“An amazing opportunity for networking and a timely reminder of the products available. It was particularly informative to learn about the initiatives being undertaken in other areas and PCNs.”

“The event covered several engaging topics and offered a strong representation of the challenges present within general practice. I left with a number of constructive ideas on how these issues could be improved”.

Pulse PCN Events are a series of focused discussion forums designed specifically for PCN Clinical Directors, PCN Managers and senior PCN leaders, created by the team behind Pulse and Pulse PCN

As the NHS 10-year plan accelerates the move towards neighbourhood health services, PCNs are uniquely placed to lead delivery - working across practice boundaries, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and shaping care for defined patient populations.

Our events bring PCN leaders together in person and online to explore what this next phase means in practice, from maximising ARRS roles and pharmacy collaboration to workforce development, service delivery and sustainable leadership at neighbourhood level.
