Project Manager at Sunderland GP Alliance, leading the delivery of the North East and North Cumbria (NENC) Clinical System Integration (CSI) project. I manage a growing team supporting digital transformation across primary care, including CSI, the Sunderland Digital Steering Group, Sunderland Health and Wellness Hub, Sunderland practice websites, and a range of digital improvement projects.
