Session Title
As day two opens, we put neighbourhood healthcare centre stage. With ministers setting out a bold vision for prevention-led, community-based care, what will it take to turn ambition into action? This plenary will examine how government strategy is driving collaboration across sectors, professions and disciplines – and what that means in practice for general practice and community pharmacy. What investment, workforce reform and infrastructure support are being put in place to enable change on the frontline? And where are the remaining gaps? Together, we’ll explore how to accelerate the shift from reactive, hospital-centred services to proactive, neighbourhood care with strong, integrated primary care at its heart.
