Dr Michael Long qualified from the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry in 2008. Dr Long completed his GP training in Devon in 2013. In June 2024 Dr Long completed a Masters in Headache Disorders at the University of Copenhagen and the Danish Headache Centre.
Dr Long works as a full time GP in Guernsey where he is the current chairman of the Guernsey Primary Care Committee. He is a GP with a special interest in Headache Medicine and is a member of the British Association for the Study of Headache (BASH) and the International Headache Society (IHS). He also works at the National Migraine Centre.
