Dr Sahar Alikhan is a highly experienced General Practitioner with 19 years of clinical practice, including over six years as a GP with an Extended Role (GPwER) in Dermatology. She is the Primary Care Skin Cancer Pathway Lead for Leeds and the GPwER Dermatology Service Lead at Novus Health in Wakefield, where she delivers community dermatology services and supports service development.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr Alikhan is a GPwER Assessor for the British Association of Dermatologists and a speaker for the Primary Care Dermatology Society. She has a particular interest in primary care dermatology education, skin cancer pathways, and improving access to high-quality community-based dermatology care.
