Colin has just recently been appointed to the role of Deputy CEO of the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board. Prior to this, he was the CEO at Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for over 9 years and has over 20 years’ experience at executive level in the health sector which includes roles in DGHs, a large acute teaching trust and a commissioning organisation.

Colin is a Honorary Professor at the School of Health, Social Work and Sport, University of Central Lancashire.

In his previous role, Colin chaired the Cheshire & Merseyside People Board where he was a strong advocate of talent growth and leadership development, attempting to harness the essential contribution of the community-based clinical workforce in promoting wellness and wellbeing.
