Phil is a commissioner of the Health Devolution Commission and is co-chair of the Future Social Care Coalition. Phil is visiting professor at the Institute for Global Health Innovation, Imperial College London.
Phil is a senior associate of Health Integration Partners that supports the development of local health and care services and systems.
Phil is a trustee and Senior Independent Director of Brunelcare, a charity providing high quality housing, social care and support for older people in the South West.
