Dr Prema Ravi has been a GP principal at Chelsfield Surgery for 16 years and currently serves as the Bromley Clinical Lead for Older People and Frailty. She previously held the position of clinical director for Orpington PCN for four and a half years until February 2024. Dr Ravi is also the founder of the Orpington PCN Wellbeing Café, established in July 2022 to address the needs of the elderly population in Orpington. Her passion lies in developing a neighbourhood team to integrate GP practices with community stakeholders to improve patient care services.
