Clare is a practising GP and mediator with a passion for improving health care leadership and resolving disputes in primary care. She has a distinction-level qualifying law degree and is a member of BMA's General Practitioners' Committee by virtue of her role as Deputy Chair of England Conference of LMCs. .

She is the co-founder of The Well-Led Practice and also runs General Practice Mediation, which provides mediation services to GP partnerships, practices, PCNs and federations.
