Dr Rajeev Kanwar is a General Practitioner and Clinical Director of Warwickshire East Primary Care Network, with over a decade of experience as a GP partner in rural primary care. He has a strong interest in digital innovation, lifestyle medicine, and musculoskeletal health, and is actively involved in GP training and service redesign. He has led initiatives focused on long-term condition optimisation, improving patient access, and integrating multidisciplinary team roles to deliver care at scale.
