Dr Haque qualified from UMDS (Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals). She worked in and around London latterly as an Oncology Registrar before retraining and qualifying as a GP in Gloucestershire in 2010 where she is settled with her family. Dr Haque joined Rosebank Health PCN as a Salaried GP in January 2017. She is interested in all aspects of General Practice, particularly cancer and GP Education, the latter reflected by her role as Chair of GGPET (Gloucestershire GP Education Trust). For the other half of her week, Dr Haque works as Clinical Lead for Cancer for Gloucestershire ICB, originally funded as a Macmillan GP and was previously working with Cancer Research UK and the SWAG (Somerset, Wiltshire, Avon and Gloucestershire) Cancer Alliance as Early Diagnosis and Prevention Lead. She sat on the National Advisory Committee for the NHS Breast Screening Programme. She is a NICE Expert Advisor for breast cancer and has been involved in NICE Guideline Committee updates for breast and prostate cancer.
