Dr Abbasian completed his psychiatric training at the Maudsley. He worked with the UK’s leaders in the field of psychiatry and addictions. He has practiced psychiatry since 2000, and he worked for the NHS for 23 years. He has taught medical students, junior doctors and GPs.
Dr Abbasian has had many media appearances, including on the BBC and has published extensively. Privately, he worked at the Nightingale Hospital, Marylebone for 13 years and has strong links with Harley Street clinics.
