If you require accommodation while attending our event, you can book a stay at the Novotel London West directly through the hotel.

We have a limited number of bedrooms reserved at the Novotel London West for attendees of Pulse LIVE London 2025. Below, you will see the room rate and booking process. Please note, rooms are available on a first come, first served basis at the rate below. After the deadline/capacity is reached, you can still book at the venue; however, it may be at a different rate.

• On the booking link the rate for Bed & Breakfast will show as £129, but it will not charge the card, you will pay upon arrival and you will only be charged £89
• All rates quoted above are inclusive of English breakfast and VAT
• £15.00 Supplement is applicable for double occupancy per night

Booking method: You can use the booking link here or you can book directly with the hotel through h0737-re@accor.com and quote Cogora Pulse when booking. Please make sure to specify which day you are attending Day 1/ Day 2 or both.
