Neil qualified from Liverpool University in 1997; he undertook basic surgical training, then GP training in the Mersey region.
Neil worked as both a GP partner and salaried GP, he has worked in managerial roles for the CCG and Community Trust working on Primary Care projects.
He studied Sports and Exercise Medicine at Bath University, becoming a Member of the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine in 2010.
Neil works full time in MSK interface services, assessing and managing patients with Orthopaedic problems. He has recently gained qualifications in MSK Ultrasound.
He works with British Athletics, British Cycling, and the UCI, covering cross country running, cross country mountain biking and track cycling, from grassroots to World and Olympic championships.
