Dr Than is a GP partner with special interest in diabetes & Obesity, practicing in Leicester since 2008. He is also working as a clinical lead in Long Term Conditions and Obesity with LLR ICB, as a GPwSI at Complex diabetes and Obesity clinic at local hospital (UHL) and a Clinical Champion with Diabetes UK. He provided clinical leadership in diabetes and obesity service transformation project to establish an evidence-based enhanced care model in the community. The service achieved better outcomes along with cost effectiveness, as published in peer reviewed journals.
