Dr Julian Nesbitt is a practising GP and Founder & CEO of Dr-Julian Medical Group, a CQC-registered healthcare organisation that combines clinical services with digital infrastructure to redesign access to community-based care, including mental health, neurodiversity, and social prescribing pathways. He founded the organisation after recognising that traditional referral models were increasing demand without improving patient flow. His work focuses on developing new operating models that integrate ethical triage, structured diversion, scalable digital platforms, and digitally governed local resource pathways alongside frontline clinical delivery. Julian continues to practise as a GP while working with NHS systems to rethink how general practice can move from being a referral gateway to becoming an architect of sustainable, patient-centred pathways.
