Dr Nicholas Peat is a GP with expertise in nutrition and lifestyle medicine. He is Co-Founding Director of Uniquely Created U, whose vision is to see a society in which Lifestyle Medicine is accessible to every individual. Having overcome severe Crohn’s disease through lifestyle changes, he earned a postgraduate diploma in nutritional medicine. In 2022, he initiated an SSC in Human Nutrition at Cambridge University. In 2024, he received a Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Dedication and Exceptional Contributions to Healthcare. Recognised by Top Doctors and holding a Certificate of Medical Excellence, his work has been acknowledged by the CQC for “Outstanding Practice” in developing a tool that innovatively explained lipid results and nutritional approaches in managing hyperlipidaemia in 2014.
