Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience advocating for health professionals and patients; as a journalist on GP and nursing titles and later managing a local Healthwatch team. At Healthwatch England, she leads on parliamentary and Government engagement and has influenced policy change on NHS dentistry, corridor care and more. Her 2024 review of the NHS complaints process led to a Government commitment to reform the system, including response times.
