Dr Pratibha Nirodi is a Consultant Psychiatrist dual-trained in General Adult and Old Age Psychiatry. Alongside her NHS work in liaison psychiatry, she has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of adult ADHD. She takes a holistic approach to care, integrating evidence-based medical treatment with psychological and wellbeing interventions tailored to the individual. She is also a HeartMath coach and an RTT Clinical Hypnotherapist, with a particular interest in emotional regulation, trauma and supporting long-term psychological resilience.
