Stephen is a GP, Programme Director in GP training, GP mentor, and Clinical Teaching Fellow in undergraduate medical education. He is also a trained Executive Coach, working with teams and individuals from local and global organisations in medical and corporate sectors e.g. the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, RCGPNI, Wesleyan, Zurich Insurance, Baillie Gifford, Concentrix. Key interests include leadership development and workplace culture.
