Barbara is a GP in Edinburgh, where she leads an innovative primary care programme supporting people living with chronic pain. Alongside her clinical work, she teaches at the University of Edinburgh, contributing to both undergraduate education and the postgraduate MSc in Clinical Management of Pain. Barbara is also an Honorary Fellow of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine
