Sarah is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with a background in nutrition research. At World Cancer Research Fund International she works on the Global Cancer Update Programme, an ongoing programme analysing global research on how diet, nutrition and physical activity affect cancer risk and survival. This programme includes a focus on the impact of these factors on long-term health after a cancer diagnosis. Sarah has a BSc in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Manchester and a Human Nutrition MSc from the University of Surrey. She has also worked on various nutritional research projects, including for commercial services.
