Worked in Community Podiatry over 20 years, building strong working relationship with District Nurses, Matrons, Treatment rooms, GPs, Practice Nurses, Social workers, etc.
Also a 5yr stint working across both community and Diabetes MDFT.
Seen lots of changes, massive developments with interdisciplinary work,
I've also faced challenges with this current role, trying to develop a new process for PwD and foot issues which may become life and limb threatening
My passion is focussed towards achieving equitable service, where possible, for the housebound and those who can't/won't follow current process
