Mike Spall-Hancy is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner working in Sexual Health & HIV within NHS Lothian. He is the lead nurse for GUM at the service and the Nurse Representative for BASHH Scotland. Mike is on the national steering group for STIF Training to ensure safe and equitable sexual health training opportunities in Scotland. Mike recently won a 2026 RCN Scotland Nurse of the Year award in the Clinical Leadership category.
