Ruth Bailey is an experienced sexual health nurse, LARC fitter, menopause specialist and CoSRH Registered Trainer working in Primary Care. Ruth is the Nurse representative and elected Trustee to the College of Sexual Reproductive Health Council and the South East representative for the RCN Professional Nursing Committee

She has contributed to a wide range of publications and resources relating to sexual and reproductive health. She received the Queen’s Nurse Award in 2022 and was named RCN Forum Steering Committee member of the year in 2023 in recognition of services to the Women’s Health Forum. When not campaigning for women’s health you can find her on the beach or swimming in the sea.
