Helen is an independent nurse consultant and trainer in immunisation. She is an experienced nurse leader with knowledge across a wide range of nursing practice including working for Local Authority teams, as the executive nurse for CCG and at the Royal College of Nursing as the Professional Lead for public health. Her special interest is in public health, particularly vaccination and immunisation. She is a Queen’s Nurse and works for various charities including the Queen’s Institute for Community Nursing, as well as holding a senior lecturer position and at the University of Hertfordshire. She is the Chair of the Self-Care forum a national charity working across health and wider organisations to further the reach of self-care.
