Frances has worked in the respiratory arena for over 30 years as a respiratory nurse specialist setting up and running a community based pulmonary rehabilitation programme.
Frances is the Director, Programme Developer and Trainer for Barrett McGrath Education & Mentoring Services Ltd and is an Associate Teacher in Queen’s University Belfast and The University of Ulster on the post graduate programmes.
Frances is a member of the PCRS service development committee, the Asthma Right Care committee and Asthma & Lung UK (A+LUK) council of Healthcare Professionals council.as well as the NMC, RCN, ARTP, and ARNS – thus ensuring her patients and students receive the highest quality care, training and clinical support
