Tracy has been a Primary Care Manager since 2003 working as a Practice, Business and Primary Care Network Manager. She has extensive healthcare management experience in general practice, primary care, secondary care and the voluntary sector. She is currently a Practice Business Manager for Lambert Medical Centre in North Yorkshire. She also provides independent management consultancy services and delivers training in all aspects of primary care.
Her main areas of interest are workforce development, collaborative working, optimising the use of IT systems, improving efficiencies and streamlining work processes.
