Helen is CEO of National Association of Sessional GPs, also bringing over 25 years of senior NHS service leadership experience across general practice, PCNs and urgent care working locally through to nationally. Directing operations on the frontline to mobilising large complex integrated urgent care, Helen remains adamant that pragmatism is vital for successful development for patient facing services. Helen has spent 3 years working with general practice through to regions, focussing on the integration of digital health. Over the past 14 months Helen has worked to harmonise the sessional GP workforce as a supportive peer led membership but also working with LMCs, Training Hubs and ICBs to support workforce strategy and planning to harness the local sessional capabilities and integration.
