Ryan is a Practice and PCN Manager based in London. His NHS career began as a part-time receptionist and has spanned multiple administrative and clinical roles in both primary and secondary care. Ryan is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of local people. As neighbourhood lead for his PCN, Ryan is leading on the development of new integrated neighbourhood teams and utilising population health data to target and evaluate initiatives aimed at reducing health inequalities. Outside of work, Ryan pursues an academic interest in migration, in particular how this intersects with health inequalities.
