I founded Perfect Your Practices to equip GP practices with practical support through online courses and digital tools, including our widely used Returns Calendars.

Today, I am a Director of Locum PM, supporting practices across the country. Together, we help with all aspects of Primary Care Management, whilst aligned with the evolving direction of Primary Care.

I am also the proud host of The Halfway Point podcast, delivering episodes every other Wednesday for Primary Care leaders seeking practical support, fresh ideas and honest conversations about what it takes to run a thriving practice.
