Dr Sonali Kinra is a GP and Clinical Director of Local care at West and North London ICB. With over 15 years’ experience, she has led system wide transformation programs to improve population health and reduce inequalities. She has held national leadership roles at NHS England and served as a Trustee Board Member for the Royal College of General Practitioners. Sonali is particularly interested in leading teams through continuous digital and service change focusing on integration, prioritisation and safe implementation. She is passionate about embedding evidence-based innovation into care pathways and championing sustainable equitable digital adoption to improve access, outcomes and experience through collaborative and compassionate leadership.
