Ryan Smith is a senior NHS leader and founder of RJS Care Ltd, specialising in improving efficiency, financial sustainability, and digital transformation across general practice, PCNs, and integrated care systems. He is the current Strategic Director for two PCNs, Digital and Innovation Lead for Coventry and Warwickshire IPC, and Chair of the GP IT Board and Digital Clinical Information Safety Officer for Coventry and Warwickshire ICB. Ryan has led large-scale digital transformation programmes, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflow redesign across primary care, with a strong focus on practical delivery, clinical safety, and measurable impact.
