She founded Inspired HR in 2017, following a successful corporate career with leading brands such as Tesco, Asda, Game, and Costa. In 2024, Nikki expanded her impact by launching Inspired Minds, a sister brand that partners with Occupational Health and leading ADHD organisations to offer neurodiversity screening, ADHD coaching, and specialist advice and support.
