Nikki Masterman, Founder & CEO of Inspired HR and Inspired Minds, is an award-winning HR and neurodiversity service provider.
Since launching Inspired HR in March 2017 as a stand-alone consultancy, Nikki has grown it into a trusted service provider with 10 employees and a team of expert partners, while also establishing Inspired Minds as a dedicated specialist arm in neurodiversity. This model not only supports their own clients but also extends services to other HR consultants.
Nationally recognised for their expertise, the team provides neurodiversity screening, coaching, training, complex case management support, and a newly developed expert witness and reporting service. These services are delivered directly to their own clients and in collaboration with HR consultants, broadening the specialist support available to their own clients.
