With a background in digital transformation and change management across sectors, Max joined Primary Care in 2020, initially undertaking three major projects: A 42-site cloud telephony deployment in Hillingdon, a 28-site Online Consultation deployment (AskFirst for BOB ICB), and deploying, managing, and training practice teams on AccuRx's Accubook for COVID-19 vaccination bookings. Amidst high uncertainty and soaring healthcare demands, Max is well recognised for reviving underutilised technology to ease operational burdens and improve the patient experience.
