Ceri is the Managing Partner of Hereford Medical Group (HMG), a large GP practice and single practice PCN with approximately 47,500 patients situated in the centre of the city of Hereford. Ceri has worked as a Practice Manager in General Practice in Hereford for 12 years. Previous roles in the NHS include supporting Primary Care with Complaints, Claims and Patient Safety Incidents and in general management in a hospital trust in South Wales. He is a Member of the Institute of General Practice Management and the regional representative for Herefordshire and Worcestershire. In April 2025, Ceri joined the Institute of General Practice Management (IGPM) Board of Directors having been a Regional Rep for the IGPM since 2022. In his spare time Ceri likes walking, running, travelling and listening to live music.
