Kieran started his career in 2009, first in a small local firm in the South West, then moving to a large regional firm in 2013 where he started to specialise in healthcare, progressing to Director in 2021. During this time, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of GP practices, including the partnership model and the tax implications of these. He has in-depth knowledge of NHS pensions and advises clients on the mechanics of this and the Annual and Lifetime Allowance implications. Kieran was elected as a Board member of the Association of Independent Specialist Medical Accountants (AISMA) in May 2023. He is also proud to lead AISMA’s 'NextGen' committee, focussing on training for more junior members of staff, as well as their inclusion in AISMA’s future. Kieran is AAT, ATT, FCCA and CTA qualified.
