Dr Nick Probert joined EMS Healthcare in 2025 as Medical Director and Lead Principal Investigator. He brings over 20 years of experience across healthcare, with leadership spanning clinical research, medical affairs, and health-tech in both start-ups and global organisations. A GMC-registered specialist physician in Pharmaceutical Medicine, he has contributed to over 100 phase I–IV clinical trials - including First-in-Human and large-scale, late-phase programmes - as Sponsor, Principal Investigator, and Chief Investigator.

Nick also brings award-winning experience in clinical trial site performance and phase 3 programme delivery. With specialist expertise in obesity and GLP-1s, he plays a key role in delivering EMS Healthcare’s growing portfolio of clinical trials.
