Dr Devin Gray is a GP and Clinical Lead for Digital Transformation at Wandsworth GP Federation CIC, where she has spent the last few years leading the adoption of digital tools across 38 practices, from patient record access to total triage models and the NHS App. She brings a data-driven approach to understanding what genuinely works in practice, alongside a firm commitment to ensuring that technology serves relational care rather than replacing it. She also holds a Lead Clinical Safety Officer remit at place level, giving her a close working knowledge of the governance and safety implications of digital front door tools.
