Umar is an NHS doctor trained at the University of Cambridge and UCL with over 10 years clinical experience ranging from NHS trusts to frontline humanitarian work and hospital management in Sierra Leone during the Ebola crisis, clinical algorithm development at AP-HP in Paris and health policy at the WHO, Geneva.
