Tracy has been a Primary Care Manager since 2003 and has been employed as a Practice, Business and Primary Care Network Manager. She has extensive healthcare management experience and is currently working as a locum Practice Business Manager in Yorkshire. She delivers training in all aspects of primary care and is a Practice Manager mentor.
Her main areas of interest are HR, workforce development, collaborative working, improving efficiencies and streamlining work processes.
Tracy is a Director of Locum Practice Manager Ltd, a trustee for Calderdale Carers Project, an Inspiring the Future volunteer and an advocate for the support and care of our military veterans.
