Tina brings over 20 years of experience across commissioning, acute, community and primary care settings, alongside work in market access within the healthcare sector. As a Director of Venn Health and co-founder of a private GP surgery, she combines expertise in service design, quality improvement, organisational development and change management with practical experience of developing innovative healthcare services. Tina is also an Honorary Lecturer in Healthcare Leadership at the University of Exeter. She is passionate about supporting integrated working and helping organisations develop sustainable, resilient healthcare models that improve outcomes, strengthen collaboration and deliver lasting change.
