I am Dr Seema Pattni, a careers coach for doctors and a former GP.

Having been through the highs and lows of a medical career, I know the medic life well. There’s a lot of juggling involved. I appreciate how hard it is to give your best as a doctor, when you’re running on empty. I also know how it feels to be a woman, a Mum and from an ethnic minority within the world of Medicine and the world at large.

Dedicated to coaching doctors, I create a safe space for doctors to express how they really feel about their career and what they truly want. I help doctors to achieve career fulfilment. Career fulfilment is often painted as a distant dream but with in-depth analysis and a better understanding of yourself, it is fully within reach.

I have spoken at national conferences, exhibitions and events; featured in podcasts and written about doctors' careers, and coaching.

As a doctor, I have practiced internationally, mostly in the UK, in the NHS and private sectors. I have a BSc in Neuroscience and Mental Health and I have explored many aspects of Medicine, leadership and service development.
