Helen is the Primary and Community Care Director for CQC covering the London and South Region. A registered Physiotherapist, Helen has led NHS and Independent Health services across Primary, Community and Acute settings and worked as a specialist clinician. Since joining CQC in 2016 Helen has covered regulation across multiple Health Sectors and led strategic work including the first improvement coalition for people in supported living services, community provider regulation, and the Integrated Care System level assessment approach design and testing. Helen has been involved in the CQC health inequalities research program and part of the team to embed equality, diversity and inclusion, and inequalities into the CQC assessment framework.
