Steve has been a manager in various industries for over 40 years, spending 22 of those in practice management and practice support. He also has experience at locality level and was a One Care board director from its inception in 2016. Steve has used his presentation skills to lecture GP Registrars and Partners in the business of general practice, and has facilitated strategy days for various organisations. He was trained in Systems Analysis at UWE. Steve and his team provide advice and guidance, targeted investigations into access, workforce, compliance and resilience, and give holistic long term support to vulnerable practices.
