Erwin is a GP, educator, and founder of Consultation Blueprint, where he combines consultation psychology, behavioural science, and clinical insight to help doctors communicate with clarity and lead with confidence.
Drawing on his work preparing GP trainees for the MRCGP SCA, Erwin specialises in the psychology of human interaction including how trust is built, how misunderstandings arise, and how structure and emotional intelligence transform outcomes.
He has supported hundreds of clinicians to sharpen their communication, navigate complexity under pressure and work more effectively together.
